FAQs

Glendale Humane has been helping families find their companion animals for ninety-nine years. We are one of the oldest Humane Societies in California. We have extended our mission to assist families whose companion animals need medical assistance. Right here in our own backyards we have loving families unable to afford medical help – help that could save their dear pet’s life.

We have teamed with veterinarians who have clients in need of financial assistance for their four-legged family member. These clients are wonderful pet parents who need a little help from their friends.

Will you join us and become a friend to the animals who need our help? Visit our Happy Tails page and enjoy the stories. We wish we could help everyone. With your help we can help many more.

  • We wish we could help everyone. We give grants directly to the veterinarians we are partnered with. The vets offer the assistance to established clients’ pets who are in need of help. The vets we work with give GHS discounts for the medical needs of the client and patient.

  • We are very careful with this private information. The vets who are partnered with us do not get notoriety for their assistance. We do not want to overwhelm them by overextending their client base.

We do offer resources to help you with your search. See our Resource Page for more information.
